Oh, Apple butter, sweet delight,

You make my morning feel just right.

Spread on toast, so warm and thin,

One little bite – and joy begins.

Creamy, smooth, with apples sweet,

There’s simply nothing you can’t beat

In a sandwich, on a roll,

Or straight from the jar – that’s my goal.

That rich Apple flavor dances free,

Tickling my tongue so happily.

Each delicious spoonful makes me smile,

And keeps me coming back awhile.

Sometimes my cravings call your name,

No other spread can do the same.

If I had a jar right here today,

I’d gladly eat the whole thing away.

Oh, how my tongue would sing and sway,

If app butter came my way.

My favorite taste throughout the year.

So here’s my ode, both true and sweet,

To the world’s most perfect Apple treat.

Apple butter, you’ll always be

A little jar of happiness to me
